The Roundtable is comprised of many companies viewed as best in class in terms of work-life strategy and support. Members of the Roundtable meet formally twice a year for a candid exchange on strategic issues such as work-life integration, diversity and inclusion, health and well-being, leadership and organizational development, and talent management. In addition, members interact throughout the year through virtual Brown Bag lunches, a members-only listserv and database, and through participation in various Center research projects.

Membership in the National Workforce Roundtable is by invitation only and is limited in number.  For more information contact Danielle Hartmann, Director of Corporate Partnerships.
