What is the difference between negotiating and influence? Which skill would you use to get a new position, move up in your company, receive a salary increase, land a new client, share a project workload, or gain an advocate for your cause?
Knowing your own value and presenting yourself in a way that is receptive to your colleagues and management is key to success. The panelists will share their experiences with regard to the long-term impact of negotiation and influence, recommend when to apply each skill, and offer best practices.
Saturday, Apr. 12, Time: TBD

In an effort to expand the reach of this beloved tradition, the Alumni Association is looking forward to the inclusion of our international alumni this year, and we hope to improve upon last year’s total of 30 participating chapters.
Here you will find the latest updates from the CWBC.
