Sandy Saenbounmy, MSW, is the Associate Director of Institutional Giving at Boston Center for the Arts. Prior to this role, she was the Grants Manager at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley where she helped manage a $7M grants budget. Additionally, she worked for a number of nonprofits, both in direct service and fundraising capacities, over the last seven years.
Sandy earned her Master of Social Work degree from Boston College and her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College.
MSW, JD
Claire Donohue, MSW, JD, joined Boston College Law School in 2018 as an Assistant Clinical Professor, and previously worked in public criminal defense. She now coordinates social work services for the Center for Experiential Learning, and works with law clinics operating in civil, criminal, administrative, and transactional settings. Her teaching incorporates social work methodology and theory with legal theory and practice. She joined the BC Law community from law clinics in the District of Columbia, where she was a Practitioner in Residence at American University’s Washington College of Law. She directed the Domestic Violence Clinic and also taught Legal Ethics.
Previously, she was a Friedman Fellow with the Family Justice Litigation Clinic and The George Washington University School of Law, where she also earned an LLM.
MPP
Aaron Katz, MPP, is Vice President of Behavioral Health Services at Eliot Community Human Services, where he has fostered an environment that ensures the highest quality of services through the development of high performing teams. Aaron has developed trainings and processes that create autonomous leaders focused on the development and motivation of all team members. Aaron has been with Eliot since 1999, and received his Master’s in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University in 2005.
His focus for the last 12 years has been on creating management and leadership systems that promote continuous improvement for both staff and persons served. Aaron continues to spend time working directly with teams providing services and trainings for new managers and seasoned leaders to increase their ability to offer effective services.
MEd, LMHC
Daniela is the Director of People & Career Development for Wayside Youth & Family Support Network and provides Outpatient Therapy to children and adolescents as a fee-for-service Clinician. Before getting her Master’s degree, Daniela worked in administration in healthcare services, from private to nonprofit. After having her first two daughters, life changed drastically and it became evident that she could do more for the world around her.
While earning her Masters she worked as a Mental Health Counselor at Walden Behavioral in their Inpatient Units for psychiatric needs and eating disorders. At Wayside, Daniela has taken on initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is most interested in having courageous conversations about our society’s mental health, inequalities, racism, sexism, and diverse cultures.
Patrick J. McCabe, MBA, MSW, LICSW, is a former part-time faculty member at the Boston College School of Social Work (SSW). He taught Financial Management and Human Resource Development. Patrick earned his BA in Psychology from UMass, his MSW from the SSW, and his MBA from Brandeis University’s Heller School.
Patrick has been an administrator developing and overseeing programs for over 15 years for non-profits and hospitals. Early work included overseeing a homeless program in Maine, developing a program for children with special needs in Rhode Island, and supporting MBHP’s effort for implementing the Children’s Services in Massachusetts. Patrick has worked in various administrative roles at Boston Children’s Hospital, Westwood Lodge Psychiatric Hospital, and the Emerson Physician Hospital Organization. Patrick is currently the Regional Director of Operations for VillageMD.

Shannon Lee has over 20 years of experience in social work and education, primarily working within human service organizations. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Communications and Strategic Initiatives at Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs, where she advances initiatives in child welfare, children's behavioral health, and special education.
Shannon holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University School of Social Work, a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University. At The Home for Little Wanderers, she developed expertise in organizational performance, risk management, and program evaluation. As an adjunct professor at Boston College School of Social Work, she teaches a macro course entitled “Management of Organizations Serving Children, Youth, & Families."
