College Theater Lab

Program Description

Four Weeks 

This intensive summer program, led by Theatre Department Chair Luke Jorgensen, meets daily from 10-4. Participants will be cast and perform in one of two plays in the summer season while learning and providing a technical role for the other.  Students will receive college level training in Acting and performance, including scene work, character techniques, and monologues. Workshops will include Improvisation and musical theater performance. Areas of technical theater study included set design, costume design and lighting and sound design. Each play will have multiple shows including one evening performance.
