Dr. Janice M. Barrett is an entrepreneurial higher education leader with an innovative, proven track record in creating, leading and implementing successful academic programs, hiring and mentoring outstanding faculty and developing undergraduate and graduate curricula that increase student recruitment and support retention efforts. Her focus is on strategic academic planning, policy development, global workforce development, experiential learning, adult learner strategies for success and building external partnerships.
