Two Boston College scientists have been awarded research grants by the National Science Foundation and the Mathers Foundation.
Assistant Professor of Chemistry Jia Niu received a five-year, $675,000 CAREER Young Investigator Award from the NSF while the G. Harold and Leila Y. Mathers Foundation selected Assistant Professor of Biology Emrah Altindis for a three-year, $300,000 grant.
