Angels Unawares is installed in the heart of campus in O'Neill Plaza. As students, staff and faculty move from one end of campus to the other, they often stop to contemplate the sculpture and the unique stories of each of the 140 migrants from various nations, religions and historical periods. Several professors, after accompanying their classes to see the sculpture, have shared that students often connect their own family's migration story with those of the figures and faces on the raft.
