Patrice DiNatale is the Director of New Practice for City Connects. She earned her Master’s degree in Special Education from the Graduate School of Education at Boston University. Her main interests are public school administration, urban school leadership, and student support services. Prior to joining City Connects, Patrice served as the Principal of the Horace Mann School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing within the Boston Public School System and was a member of the Superintendent’s Leadership Team as a Cluster Leader. She has authored and implemented numerous city, state and federal grants at the school level. Currently her work centers on the adaptation of the City Connects practice for different age groups within the
PK-12 educational system. She is now collaborating with a community college in Dayton, Ohio to adapt the City Connects Model of Student Support through the process of Holistic Advising.
