Dear Spring 2020 Graduates:
We hope this message finds you healthy and safe as the spring semester comes to an end.
We are writing to let you know that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic the delivery of diplomas, which are traditionally handed out at Commencement, will be mailed to your home address on file after May 18.
To ensure that your address information is correct, we are asking students to log into the Agora Portal and confirm/update their home addresses as soon as possible. We will begin collecting these updates immediately. Beginning Friday, May 1, at 5 p.m. EDT, any student who has not confirmed/updated their address will be presented with an alert after logging into their Agora Portal. Those students will be directed to confirm/update their home address for diploma mailing purposes. No additional Portal functions will be available to students until the address confirmation/update has been done. We recommend that students update/confirm their home address immediately to avoid interruption to Portal services.
To update/confirm your home address, select the “Address/Phone/Emergency Contact” link in your Agora Portal account located under the Account and Personal Info section. Next, follow the instructions to update/confirm your home address accordingly.
Note: You may change your home address to an alternate address for the purpose of receiving your diploma. However, be advised that after receiving your diploma you may wish to change the address back to guarantee future correspondence from the University.
Because of the current stay-at-home restrictions imposed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, we are regrettably unable to offer in-person pickup of diplomas until further notice.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
