Wellness Week begins TODAY!
We kicked off this week with Morning Meditation and we are looking forward to seeing you this afternoon for the Workplace Wellness Webinar with Chris Cataldo (Register to Access the Zoom Meeting) and the International Student Brown Bag! Today we're focusing on Occupational Wellness so consider checking out the ABA's Wellness, Mindfulness, & Work Life Balance Guide for additional resources. Wellness goes beyond this week and we wanted to share other resources you can utilize not only this week, but moving forward in your wellness journey:
- Our Director of Academic Success, Nina Farber, has put together Health and Wellness Tools for Surviving COVID-19 as a resource for all as we navigate life under these new circumstances.
- Two of our own BC Law students, Mariella Rutigliano and Lexie Pereira, have created Zoomba Party- live Zumba, HIIT, and other fitness classes via Zoom! These are donation-optional classes, so people are welcome to donate to Meals on Wheels or simply attend class to maintain their physical and mental health. - Boston College University Health Services has put together a Self-Care Guide with virtual resources.
Be sure to participate daily in the Snapshots of Wellness form to be eligible to receive wellness kits and other raffle prizes!
