Dear 3L Students,
As you may be aware, New York just announced that it will administer the bar exam on September 9-10, 2020. You can find the announcement here.
The text of the announcement is as follows:
"The examination will be rescheduled to WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 9-10, 2020. The application period for the rescheduled examination is presently scheduled to open on May 5, 2020 at 12:00 AM and to close on May 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM."
Massachusetts has just updated its webpage with the new test dates of September 30 and October 1, 2020, which were included in our email to you on Friday.
A link to the NCBE's latest update announcing that it would be providing two administrations of the fall bar exam is here.
In addition, I have created a COVID-19 FAQ on the Bar Exam and a State by State Chart of COVID-19 updates, both of which will soon be accessible through the BC Law School COVID-19 Update Page. Until then, please use the links provided above to access the documents.
If you have questions about your bar application or the bar exam, I would be happy to meet with you. Feel free to make an appointment with me using the link below my signature line.
