Nicole Langston is a Visiting Assistant Professor in BC Law's Drinan Scholars Program. She is a graduate of University of Illinois Law School who focuses her research on race and debt, bankruptcy, and consumer finance law. Langston clerked for Peter J. Walsh (retired) and Laurie Silverstein of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and Bernice B. Donald of the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals before joining bankruptcy practices at Kirkland and Ellis and Latham and Watkins.
