Jessica Mahon Scoles is an Assistant Professor of Legal Research and Writing with four years of experience teaching first year and upper level courses. She has a background in complex civil litigation with more than ten years of experience representing clients in internal investigations and complex business disputes in state and federal court, mediations, arbitrations, and before regulatory authorities such as the SEC, CFTC and FINRA.
Her law practice experience includes six years an associate at a national firm, federal clerkship, and substantial courtroom experience, including trial experience, gained at a boutique firm. Jessica recieved her Bachelor's of Science from Boston University in 2004 and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount Univesity, in 2008.
