Central Line Care
<p>This class will be held in person on the Boston College Chestnut Hill campus. All students are required to show proof of full vaccination for COVID-19.</p> <p>Contact hours for this course: 5.5</p>
<p>This course discusses identification, differentiation, and complications associated with all types of central lines: subclavian, jugular, venous access devices, PICCs, and tunneled catheters. Demonstration of technique is included.</p>

Essentials of Phlebotomy

<p>This course provides the student with an overview of blood collection procedures and techniques. Topics include site selection for both capillary and heel sticks, blood culture collection, common blood panel, order of draw, and OSHA safety guidelines. Demonstration of technique is included.<br /> </p>

Peripheral IV
