Students can receive individual or group health coaching through our Health Coach Institute to develop personal goals and strategies to improve their health behaviors.
Individual Coaching: An individual health coaching conversation helps students learn about their personal health behaviors related to a specific topical area. Health Coaches take a strengths-based approach to meet students where they're at and help them develop goals and strategies to support their academic and personal success.
Group Coaching: Small group health coaching sessions are facilitated by a Health Coach. Sessions are topic-based and include thoughtful discussions, experiential exercises, education, and goal setting. Students will leave with a better understanding of their personal wellness and be able to reflect on their strengths to support academic and personal success.
