In the Office of Health Promotion, we believe that health is a journey—what we want, need, and feel changes year-to-year, day-to-day, even moment-to-moment. We want our students to define health for themselves, to listen to and and honor their bodies, minds, and souls, and to cultivate a life that is balanced and sustainable.

Participate in Let's Talk Health by selecting the current month's theme. You'll engage with videos, articles, and activities to challenge yourself in tackling a new healthy behavior. Reflect on your experience to earn free giveaways and be entered for a variety of raffle prizes.
