We believe health is a journey—what we want, need, and feel changes year-to-year, day-to-day, even moment-to-moment. We want our students to define health for themselves, to listen to and and honor their bodies, minds, and souls, and to cultivate a life that feels balanced and sustainable. We acknowledge that health and wellness looks different based on the various identities we hold including race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, and more. We are committed to ensuring that everyone has a chance to forge their own pathway to health.

This is a collaborative journey with the Office of Health Promotion, Women's Center, University Counseling Services, and Campus Recreation.

We believe caring for your mind, body, and soul is essential to holistic and balanced living, and benefits yourself and the BC community.
