We believe health is a journey—what we want, need, and feel changes year-to-year, day-to-day, even moment-to-moment. We want our students to define health for themselves, to listen to and and honor their bodies, minds, and souls, and to cultivate a life that feels balanced and sustainable. We acknowledge that health and wellness looks different based on the various identities we hold including race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, and more. We are committed to ensuring that everyone has a chance to forge their own pathway to health.

This is a collaborative journey with the Center for Student Wellness, Women's Center, University Counseling Services, and Campus Recreation.

Participate in Journey to Wellness by selecting the current month's theme to engage with videos, podcasts, articles, activities, and a week of events to connect with others on their wellness journey. We believe caring for your mind, body, and soul is essential to holistic and balanced living, and benefits yourself and the BC community.
