There’s something about carrying everything you need on your back, hiking through wild places, and ending the day away from the busyness of city life. With 24 hours of sunlight, we navigated solely by map and encountered incredible wildlife along the way. It was an unforgettable experience to be fully immersed in the wilderness and rely on the land for direction.

Favorite Outdoor Activity or Adventure: Leading an OA trip to Yosemite National Park, just days after a major snowstorm in the area, was a dream and an absolute blast. We were the only people hiking in Little Yosemite Valley at this time, so for 4 days we saw nothing but each other, Half Dome, and a whole lot of snowfall.
