What do you hope participants get out of your class?
I hope they gain something in terms of cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance as well as an overall sense of confidence in what they are capable of doing.

What do you hope participants get out of your class?
A fun and rewarding time! I hope my participants let loose, laugh, and feel beautiful after every single song. You don't have to be a dancer to take zumba, but you'll certainly feel like one when we're together! Let's party!
