

Student Ambassador
Sarah Mansky is a senior majoring in Sociology and minoring in Global Public Health and the Common Good as well as Women’s and Gender studies. Sarah first became interested in public health during her sophomore year after taking Public Health in a Global Society and learning about public health’s focus on creating a society where all people can lead healthy lives. The public health issues that she is particularly interested in are environmental health and justice, gun violence prevention, maternal and child health, and eliminating health disparities. Sarah hopes to attend law school after college and become either an environmental lawyer or a reproductive rights and justice lawyer. Sarah is also a member of the BC Symphony Orchestra and a member of the BC Baroque Chamber orchestra where she plays the violin.
