“Professor Cole's class on Eating and the Environment was absolutely fantastic this past spring. I learned so much from the class, and I cannot tell you how much I looked forward to our weekly discussions. The class really set me on the right path to take the knowledge I gained and to blend it with my new role at Ceres.”
