Professional Studies Certificate

Today’s human resources (HR) professionals’ job responsibilities may include recruiting, retaining, training, and evaluating employees; maintaining a “positive” work environment; overseeing compensation, benefits, and labor relations; risk management; or any combination of these skills. The certificate program prepares students for the Professional in Human Resources Exam. Completing the program will prepare those with two years’ professional HR experience for the main content areas covered in the exam.
