As part of an internationally renowned university dedicated to the Jesuit ideal of finding value in all voices, we embrace students, faculty, scholars, and viewpoints from all over the world. In 2018 alone, students representing nearly 20 different countries are attending Woods.
In 2017 we launched, in collaboration with Catholic Extension and the Hilton Foundation, the Latin American Sisters Initiative, a comprehensive leadership training for Latin American women religious. We also welcomed our inaugural Applied Research Fellow, Professor Manos Hatzimalonas, from Rhodes, Greece.
Our current and developing initiatives and partnerships establish our students’ international presence and reflect our commitment to serving the evolving needs of our students and communities in an increasingly globalized world.
