Dr. Radtke holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Religious Education from The Catholic University of America and a Ph.D. in Systematic Theology from Boston College. Prior to coming to Boston College, she taught systematic theology at Notre Dame College in Manchester NH. She also served as the director of its Ministry Institute. In 2000, she was awarded Notre Dame College’s Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year. The award was given annually for excellence in teaching and service to the academic community.
Dr. Radtke works at the intersection of systematic theology and adult religious education. As the instructional designer for STM Online: Crossroads, she has designed over 50 adult learning experiences for faith formation, spiritual renewal, and ministerial professional development. Her research interest focuses on digital options to meet the faith formation needs of adults in the 21st Century.
