Profile

Joseph Burnieika began his career as a teacher for Boston Public Schools. He has over 35 years of experience working in education, health care, philanthropy, and fund raising for non-profits. He has owned and managed a number of for profit companies specializing in advertising, communications and crisis management, while serving as a board member or on the executive committee for non-profits such as Catholic Charities, Greater Boston, Harbor Health Services, Dorchester Youth Collaborative, Boston City Singers, and Steward Health Systems Board of Advisors at Carney Hospital.
