Allison F. Bauer, JD, LICSW is an adjunct professor of health & mental health policy. She has expertise in health policy and health philanthropy, policy & legal analysis, and legislative advocacy. She has served as staff in the executive and legislative branches of government for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as in the Solicitor's Office if the US Department of Labor. In addition to her government experience, she worked for almost 10 years at The Boston Foundation managing the health portfolio. In 2010, she was named as a Terrance Keenan Institute Emerging Leader in Health Philanthropy by Grantmakers in Health.
