Boston College seeks a Visiting Lecturer to teach either one or two courses in the spring semester 2018: an upper-level, all-German course focusing on some aspect of German literature or culture, either contemporary or historical; and possibly also German Conversation and Composition II (sixth-semester German). We seek a candidate with native or near-native fluency in German, preferably with Ph.D., evidence of excellence in teaching German at the college level, and willingness to participate actively in the life of the department.
