CHECK-IN and PROGRAM
Conference Check-In and a complimentary continental breakfast will take place in the Murray Room in Yawkey Athletic Center each day from 8:15-9:00am. You will receive a name badge and Conference Program listing the concurrent sessions and their building/room locations. Your name badge will be your "ticket" to all presentations.
We offer an optional gourmet sandwich buffet lunch. If you have purchased the lunch with your registration, it will be reflected on your name badge. If you did not pre-purchase the lunch option when you registered and would like to purchase lunch, the cost is $15 (cash or check only) payable at the Registration Desk. Please note that extra available lunches cannot be guaranteed without pre-purchase.
ISPRC has reserved blocks of rooms at several area hotels. Please be aware that there are many events in Boston during Diversity Challenge weekend and accommodations will be scarce. We encourage you to book your room early. Our special rates are in effect until 4-5 weeks prior to the conference. Please view the links to seven different area HOTELS and other area information.
Please know that photographs taken of conference sessions and participants may be used on the Institute’s website, in printed publications, and in marketing campaigns.
We are looking forward to another successful conference and hope that you enjoy your Diversity Challenge experience!
