Associate Professor of the Practice, Counseling, Developmental & Educational Psychology
Nettie Greenstein’s commitment to psychology has taken her across the state of Massachusetts, serving clients through clinical practice. Her expertise is in psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as developmental and adjustment issues.
As Associate Professor of the Practice, Greenstein prepares students for clinical practice through dedicated training and supervision. She coordinates the mentoring program for mental health counseling students and has worked closely with international counselors as a faculty liaison. She also serves clients as a licensed psychologist in her private practice.
Before earning her doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, Greenstein received a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University with high honors in psychology and trained in healthcare centers around the region as a psychology intern and fellow.
Greenstein is also a member of the American Psychological Association and Massachusetts Psychological Association.
