Health Equity for Women and Children

Connell School researchers distinguish themselves in three key areas: health equity for women and children, person- and family-oriented aging, and safety and quality of care. Associate dean for research Christopher Lee calls these categories “Pillars of Innovation.”

Health Equity for Women and Children

Focal areas of research under this pillar of innovation include maternal-child health, inequities in access and health outcomes, adolescent wellness and risk behaviors, sexual health, sexual and gender minority health, and feeding difficulty in infants and young children.
