Richard Keeley

Senior Associate Dean for Undergraduates

Keeley’s chief research interest lies in the work of the late urbanist, Jane Jacobs.  While directing the university’s PULSE program, he persuaded Jacobs to visit the campus on several occasions and work with PULSE students and faculty.  In 1995, Jane Jacobs donated her papers to the Burns Library at Boston College. As Carroll School Associate Dean for Undergraduates, Keeley participated in the development of Portico, the gateway course for CSOM freshmen.  He has also served as Director of Programs for The Winston Center for Ethics and Leadership.
