The GLI Experience
These short three to five day programs will bring together diverse leaders from a variety of backgrounds to learn from our faculty, business partners, and one another. Open enrollment courses allow us to hone in on an issue and provide courses directly aimed at addressing those issues.

Custom Programs
In addition to our executive programs, the GLI works with a number of organizations to design programs tailored to the needs and curriculum of specific organizations, teams, and companies.
BSP Global Business Program is a two-week program for students of the Business School Sao Paulo, Brazil to explore the topics of international strategy, business, marketing, and management.
An increasingly global business environment presents new opportunities and challenges. The Managing Global Competition module provides business leaders with an opportunity to develop their business foundation grounded in international practice.
This five day program focuses on understanding and adapting to the rapid rate of globalization in international markets. The program features leading business faculty from the 4th ranked Carroll School of Management, and offers participants the opportunity to interact with fellow MBA students from Boston College and abroad.
Participants will engage with top business faculty through case study, discussion, and site visits. All participants will present a final project to faculty and peers, and will be evaluated on their work.

Professor Subramaniam specializes in innovation, leadership and strategy, managing multinational companies, and the strategic management of knowledge and innovation in both the global and local environments.
He teaches courses in leadership strategy, global strategy and innovation management. Professor Subramaniam has consulted with and taught senior executives at leading global companies in the U.S. and Europe.

Exclusive General Counsel Program at the GLI
More and more, the boundaries between legal and business practice are blurred in 21st century firms. The Innovative Leadership for General Counsel program is designed to equip general counsel with the skills necessary to become a proactive, modern legal business leader capable of driving strategy, change, and innovation.
Using a combination of academic modules with world class faculty from the Carroll School of Management and the Boston College Law School, participants will integrate the classroom learning with customized, in-depth visits with major communications and technology companies.
Through the course of this seven day program, participants will improve their ability to bring their expertise and influence to a C-suite level and add value to the strategic decision-making of the boardroom. All participants will present a final project to faculty and peers, and will leave with a 'toolbox' of action items to create an immediate impact on their organization.
