Senior Class Gift
Class of 2015—You’ve Been Challenged.
What is the Senior Class Gift?
Senior Class Gift is one of those traditions that makes BC so special. As seniors, students have the opportunity to take their first step in being soon-to-be alumni by making their Senior Class Gift. Gifts can be of any size, and can be made to any organization on campus that impacted the student's time here on the Heights. Each year, a University Trustee challenges members of the graduating class to participate by offering $25,000 in grant funding if the class hits their participation goal. This challenge offers seniors the chance not only to make a gift, but also to leave their legacy by earning the grant funding that supports innovative ideas and creative student projects at BC!
It's not about how much you give, it's about each and every one of us taking the challenge. Will you join us?
Why Should I Give?
There are a ton of reasons to give. Here are three big ones:
- To help my class earn an additional $25,000 in honor of the senior class. Our gifts keep BC a top school, increase the value of our degrees, and benefit others.
- To join my classmates in honoring what we love about BC. Now is our chance to pay tribute to that professor, that class, that student activity that changed our lives forever.
- To lead the way for future Eagles. We can help ensure that their experiences at the Heights will be just as great as ours.
Why Do Our Gifts Matter at a Big School Like BC?
Many of us don't realize that tuition doesn't cover all of the BC experience. If you look at the big picture, you'd find that a lot of the stuff that makes BC great—the stellar academics, the student resources, the top-ranked athletics, and the service programs—is only possible through the support of our alumni donors.
Now is our first chance to join them for BC.
