Burns Bread Pudding

Roast Pork Loin

heavy cream

whole eggs

egg yolks

½ cup

granulated sugar

½

vanilla bean scraped (or 1 Tbsp vanilla extract)

plain butter full-size croissants

 

cinnamon and sugar

Preheat oven to 325°

  • Chop croissants into small pieces.
  • Warm cream, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk into the eggs and yolks.   
  • Stir in the chopped croissants and desired flavorings.
  • Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Bake in a water bath for 30 minutes.

Bread pudding can be made with various small additions to flavors. Add these optional flavors to the above ingredients.
