Baldwin’s Baked Apple Crisp

Golden Delicious apples

Granny Smith apple

⅓ cup

sugar

½ cup

brown sugar

1/8 tsp

salt

1 tsp

ground cinnamon

1 ½ cup

all-purpose flour

½ cup

rolled oats

1 ¼ sticks

unsalted butter

¼ stick

butter in addition
for greasing pan and
a few small pats on top


• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8” x 8” pan.

• Peel and core the apples and cut into ¼” to ½” pieces. Place in the greased pan and drop a few small pats of butter on top of the apples.

• Combine all dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Cut in the butter until it all just starts to hold together.

• Spread mixture over the apples in an even layer

• Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the top begins to brown.

• Allow to cool a bit and then serve with vanilla ice cream.
