Eagles on the Move: Tony Giunta, P.G. BS ꞌ82, MS ꞌ85 Joins Nobis Engineering, Inc.
Tony Giunta, P.G. has joined Nobis Engineering, Inc. (Nobis) to help grow existing environmental engineering markets and expand into the rapidly evolving energy and sustainability sectors.
Nobis President, Ken Koornneef, P.E., said: “Nobis is excited to have Mr. Giunta join the firm. With his extensive environmental, regulatory, energy, and sustainability experience, Tony’s the right person to assist us in continuing to develop our business and growing Nobis’ presence in the energy and sustainability areas. He’s a great addition to our staff, and his diverse talents will allow us to better assist our clients.”
Giunta gained extensive knowledge of the renewable energy and sustainability markets as founder and President of American Energy Independence Company, a renewable fuel manufacturer. Having served 15 years with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, he has extensive site remediation and regulatory experience. Giunta received his M.S. in Geophysics and B.S. in Physics from BC. He is a registered Professional Geologist in New Hampshire and Tennessee. He was also elected Mayor of the City of Franklin, New Hampshire, where he served for two consecutive terms.
