Construction and landscaping crews have been hard at work all over campus beautifying several new green spaces. A refurbished Gasson Quad now features a central open space, with flowering trees and seat walls around the perimeter, following the completion of a summer-long makeover of the area between Gasson, Lyons, Fulton, and Devlin Halls. The area was also regraded, and its network of paths was replaced with a diagonal walkway.

The new Campus Green in front of Stokes Hall has become a popular site for everything from reading to Frisbee games, while the new amphitheater garden tucked along College Road has become a favorite place for more serene pastimes––even studying. Also visible from College Road is the McNeil Garden, an intimate and colorful space beneath the bridge connecting the two wings of the new Stokes Hall.

Experience the new green spaces in the following video tribute.
