Experience a day in the life of your Eagle by attending their Friday classes. This event is based on individual student schedules, and no registration is required.
Welcome Center 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Robsham Theater Foyer Mingle with other BC families, and enjoy light refreshments at the Welcome Center. Stop by the Parents’ Weekend information table for maps and other materials to guide your campus visit.
Deans’ Open Houses 9:30 a.m. –11 a.m. Varies, see below. Hear our deans share the latest undergraduate news, and learn more about each school’s distinctive mission in these informal discussion sessions.

Academic Advising Center Open House 10:30 a.m. – noon Heights Room, Corcoran Commons  Discover the range of programs available for students as they discern their academic and personal goals at the Heights.
Student Affairs Open House 10:30 a.m. – noon Heights Room, Corcoran Commons  Explore the many student life resources available to your son or daughter. Student Affairs representatives will answer your questions about services and programming, ranging from athletics and campus ministry to First Year Experience and international study.
Discussions on Teaching and Student Life     University administrators and students offer useful insights and advice in these interactive presentations.
Connecting with Campus: Student Involvement at BC 1 p.m. Robsham Theater Dean of Students Tom Mogan and his team are dedicated to facilitating student engagement and to building community on campus. Dean Mogan and a panel of students will discuss the Division of Student Affairs’ comprehensive approach to student formation, which is informed by Jesuit, Catholic values, and the many opportunities for students to participate in the campus community at BC.
Staying Active on the Heights with Campus Recreation 2:30 p.m. Robsham Theater Campus Recreation spans across the Heights with multiple facilities, fitness classes, intramurals, club sports, and so much more. CaitrÍona Taylor will share how students can find their recreation niche and introduce a panel of students taking advantage of the many ways to stay active at the Heights. She will also introduce plans for the new recreation center, which is scheduled to open in 2019.
President’s Address 4 p.m. Robsham Theater Hear President William P. Leahy, S.J., share his perspective on the University’s past, present, and future. Please note that seating is on a first come, first serve basis.
Pops on the Heights: The Barbara and Jim Cleary Scholarship Gala 6–10 p.m. Conte Forum Don’t miss this cherished BC tradition, now in its 25th year, as the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra and a special guest artist entertain the BC family in support of a great cause. Student music groups will perform in and around Conte Forum when the doors open at 6 p.m., with the Pops playing promptly at 8 p.m. It’s a rousing evening of incredible music that will make your heart sing!

» If your student has season football tickets, you do not need to buy a ticket for them. However, you will be seated in separate sections.

Family Liturgy 10 a.m. Conte Forum Join more than 3,000 students, parents, and other members of the Boston College community for this special liturgy, open to members of all faiths.
