As a way to better understand how technology in the classroom affects the student learning experience, Instructional Design and eTeaching Services wants to hear from you - the students!

This May, based on your responses to this questionnaire, faculty members will be given awards for their use of technology in and outside the classroom.

Nominees will be judged on: the creative use of technology for effective teaching and learning; the positive impact of using technology on student learning; and the innovative use or adaptation of contemporary technologies for teaching. A committee comprised of faculty, staff and students will select the award receipents. Please fill out this form and submit only once.
