Barbara Anne Radtke is the Program Manager for C21 Online and part-time faculty member in the Institute of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry, a department in the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry. She holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Religious Education from The Catholic University of America and a Ph.D. in Systematic Theology from Boston College. Formerly director of the Ministry Institute at Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH, Barbara has devoted the greater portion of her career preparing women and men for parish-based ministries. Chris Kowalcky is Program/Communications Specialist for C21 Online. Chris recruits participants for C21 Online courses, serves as the liaison for Network membership, and facilitates several courses each year. Chris received a Master’s degree in Pastoral Ministry from Boston College’s IREPM in 1998, and subsequently pursued spiritual direction training at Mercy Center in Madison, CT. A native of Massachusetts, for the past twenty years she has held ministry positions in higher education administration, hospital chaplaincy, parish ministry and high school campus ministry. Prior to joining the C21Online staff, Chris anchored alumni/ae relations for the IREPM, served on its Spiritual Formation Committee, and participated in a number of its spiritual formation programs. Alongside of her C21Online responsibilities, she continues to facilitate spiritual formation groups for IREPM graduate students. Chris lives in Newton, MA and in her spare time, is completing a master’s degree in counseling psychology from BC and enjoys writing and choir singing. Maria Cleary is a long-time educator who has taught at the elementary, secondary, and post-secondary levels. She completed her M.Ed. at Boston College's IREPM, and has been both a catechist and Director of Religious Education. Her special interest is technology integration for both course delivery and teacher formation. She is completing her doctoral studies at Seton Hall University where she's vying for the title of "oldest graduate student in America." Maria lives with her husband and different variations of her four children who keep leaving home and coming back. She just keeps a light burning. Contact: c21online@bc.edu

Paula Raposo received her M.Ed. in Religious Education from Boston College. She also holds a BA in Multiple Disciplinary Studies with a concentration in Health and Education from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, as well as an AS in Medical Laboratory Medicine from Bristol Community College. Paula currently serves her parish as the Director of Adult Faith Formation. Her experience in education and ministry include Baptismal preparation, catechist, DRE, and youth minister. She has served on diocesan religious education advisory boards and committees. In addition to her work in ministry Paula is also a Clinical Specialist at the Laboratory of the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth, MA. Vincent Sullivan-Jacques received his M.Ed. in Religious Education from Boston College. He holds a BA in Theology with minors in Health Sciences and Film Studies from Boston College. After completing his undergraduate degree, Vincent served as an Americorps member at Peace Games where he taught K-8th grade students peace making and conflict resolution skills. Vincent is currently employed by the Diocese of Worcester and has taught for the past six years at St. Peter-Marian High School. He has instructed high school students in courses on the Old Testament, New Testament, and an Introduction to Economics. In his teaching, he emphasizes the connection between adolescent catechesis and social change. As a varsity lacrosse and track coach, Vincent also focuses on catechesis outside the classroom environment. Vincent now lives in Worcester, MA with his wife. Contact: c21online@bc.edu

John McGinty is a native of Boston’s North Shore. He has been at Boston College since 2006, coordinating the continuing education offerings of the Institute of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry. In addition, he is serving this year as the Interim Assistant Director of Boston College’s Church in the 21st Century Center. John has a doctorate in systematic theology from the Gregorian University in Rome and taught for several years at Saint John’s Seminary in Brighton, MA. Amy Galvam has served as a high school campus minister, outreach coordinator, interfaith hospital chaplain, and community leader. After receiving her B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Peace and Conflict Resolution Studies from California State University., Sacramento in 1992, she moved to Boston from her native California to pursue an M.A. in Pastoral Ministry from Boston College. After completing her studies in 1996, she continued to pursue opportunities to grow in her faith and ministry by participating in the 19th Annotation Retreat based on the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius and completing an extended unit of C.P.E. at Emmanuel College. Currently, Amy's ministry is focused on her young family with some time set aside to teach religious education at her local parish, to serve as a supervisor in contextual education, and to facilitate courses online.
