Expenses

summer session 2009

Tuition, Audit Charge and Registration Fee

Full payment is due upon registration. Tuition per credit is $608; for a three credit course, $1824; for a lab, $778; for attending a course without seeking credit, $912; for the registration fee, $45.

Boston College reserves the right to change or withdraw offerings if necessary and alter fees and charges from those published in this catalog without prior notice.

Payment

All fees and tuition charges are due and payable in full at the time of registration. Checks should be made payable to Boston College.

Students whose tuition is paid by some form of tuition assistance must submit documentation with the registration form and pay all fees.
Housing fees are to be mailed directly to Residential Life.

Financial Aid Benefits

Many corporations offer tuition plans for their full-time employees; check employee benefits, tuition-aid assistance and release-time programs. Available financial aid for summer study is limited and based on need. Financial aid is distributed through the college in which a student is pursuing a degree.

Refunds

No refunds are considered unless a student completes the official withdrawal form in the Summer Office in McGuinn 100 or mails a letter of withdrawal to the Summer Office. Tuition and laboratory fees are refundable; the registration fee is non-refundable. Not attending classes, stopping payment on a registration check or a registration check being returned by the bank does not constitute withdrawal and full charges are due.

Refund Schedule

All courses on or before second scheduled class 100%

There are no refunds beyond this schedule.
