Holistic Health

Awareness and care of self is fundamental to ministry work. The IREPM takes a holistic approach to ministerial formation and has pioneered a course in all master's degree programs, Holistic Formation, which addresses the formation of the ministry student as an individual in relationship with self and community. In addition to this required course for masters degree students, the IREPM encourages all of its students to take ownership of their personal needs. Spiritual direction, exercise and diet, and mental health counseling are a few of the areas students explore and develop through the Spiritual Formation Plan as they pursue their studies at IREPM.
