RELIGIOUS TEACHER
Nativity Preparatory School, a Jesuit middle school located in Jamaica Plain seeks a volunteer religious teacher. Teaching responsibility would be to teach either teach 6th and 7th grade religion twice a week, or 8th and 5th grade religion twice a week (approximately 4 hours weekly). Nativity is a tuition free middle school that only accepts students from the city of Boston who meet certain financial criteria. Class sizes are small (15 - 16 students) and the environment is friendly and energetic. In the Jesuit tradition we seek to educate the whole student and welcome the volunteers participation in other aspects of the school's daily life.
