The Institute of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry often receives notification about volunteer oppportunities from local, regional, national and international sources. They are listed below. Additionally, here are some of the websites which provide information on volunteer opportunities:

• AmeriCorp - corporation for national and community service
• Habitat for Humanity - non-profit, non-denominational, Christian, home building program
• Jesuit Volunteer Corp (JVC) - volunteers serve a variety of needs and practice living simply, witnessing faith, doing justice and building community.
• Comboni Lay Missionary Program - missioners live and work in lay communities, and typically serve a 3-year commitment abroad in Latin America and Africa at sites established by the religious Comboni Missionaries.
