An attention to one's spiritual life and relationship with God is vital for people involved in ministry, yet self-care and attention to one's inner life often takes a back seat to the ongoing demands of ministry, family, community, etc. In addition to continuing education opportunities, we encourage alumni/ae to take time for retreat and spiritual direction. There are many resources in the greater Boston area and IREPM regularly updates resource lists and contacts for both.
