The Master of Education in Religious Education focuses on developing an understanding of the theory and practice of religious education for teaching in primary and secondary schools, parish faith formation programs and adult religious education. Students who wish to tailor the MEd degree to their own unique educational/professional needs may select "no concentration." This allows a student the greatest flexibility in choosing courses that meet their individual needs. Students specializing in a particular area may choose to concentrate in either Total Community Catechesis (parish religious education) or School Religion Teaching.
