ba in theology and ma in pastoral ministry

Boston College undergraduate Theology Majors now have the opportunity to apply in their junior year to enroll in the Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry degree program and complete the MA five years from the time they first entered BC. The MA in Pastoral Ministry prepares the student to pursue a number of career paths that put their theology major to use: Youth Ministry in a parish, high school or college campus ministry, religious education in a parish, teaching in a Catholic or other Christian school, hospital chaplaincy and retreat director, among others.
