The MA/MEd program is designed for students preparing for leadership of a Catholic educational institution. It also offers an option for state certification as principal or superintendent. Graduates are well prepared to seek positions in Catholic schools and dioceses in the United States and abroad. Developed by the Boston College Institute of Religious Education and Pastoral Ministry (IREPM) and the Lynch School of Education (LSOE), the dual MA in Pastoral Ministry/MEd in Educational Administration is designed for individuals who wish to pursue graduate studies that bring together theories and practice in educational administration with studies in theology and exploration of the pastoral dimensions of educational leadership.
