The IREPM provides master's degree programs of study that are academically rigorous yet focused on the spiritual development of ministers and the pastoral realities of the life of the church and the world. The integration of spiritual formation, theological studies and pastoral practice is central to IREPM master's degree programs and is extended to each student through participation in Holistic Formation and Contextual Education. These course requirements are part of a unique program of spiritual formation IREPM has pioneered.
